SUPER COOLING AN ET6000
Ok you may have thing i have lost my sanity now.. ok it took you long enough!! i lost it YEARS AGO!!!
BWAHAHAAAHHAHA
ahem.
Ok. todays article.. well i DID this mod while ago but only just found the pics for it. I love my digital camera. aaa anyways.. in my then current file server it had a tseng labs et6000 pci video card. Its just a 2d POS that enables me to plug a monitor in if my file server was playing up. Well.. after it being on for a while i noticed that my display was getting corrupted and unusable, but the server still ran fine. To my chagrin and a burnt finger i found out that the card was getting seriously hot. There was really no ventilation in the file server case and well i guess i had a bit of a whacky card, but it was getting so hot as to cause corruption. The solution to this problem? cool the card!! YES COOL A 4 YEAR OLD PCI 2d VIDEO CARD.
Like i said, i lost my sanity a while ago.
OK back to the article. This is the target of my modifying.

GO you evil hot card you.
Ok so what to cool it with? why of course, something that is a POS and i dont need for anything else.. my old crystal orb of my gf3!!!

I knew it would have a use one day.
Ok to attatch it? Well, i dont do things half heartledly around here, its all the way baby!!
ARCTIC SILVER EPOXY!

BRING IT ON. Total lack of caring at this point. I had a s3 virge as well that i could have used. So i put the AS on the chip itself to be mixed. I did this with my gf3 mod as well. I like living dangerously! Yea anyway. It worked.

One modded tseng labs et6000 2meg PCI video card. Overkill. Stupid. I was also drunk when doing this. Thats why the pics are a bit blurry.
So did it work? Yea. no more corruption. And if i was seriously inclined i could even overclock it. For no reason though cos its 2d. BTW its clock is 90mhz. Dont ask me why i know that.
L8ur!
